Since the very first second I felt like home in this beautiful hotel. I received the best hospitality from Yusuf and his colleague and the hotel management can be proud for having such fantastic staff. They very all the time very helpful and they were not only usual hotel workers but became friends to me during my stay. The room was very clean and cozy. There were only some sitting places and table missing in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff, especially Bahadar at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, with clean and tidy standard rooms, although the shower was a bit small. The location in the old town, surrounded by charming old-style neighborhoods, added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a decent price. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely amazin

This was our first time in Istanbul, and Mays Royal Hotel made our stay wonderful . All the staff at the hotel looked after us and made our stay memorable, from the moment we checked in to check out. We received exceptional, professional, friendly service from everyone. The location of the hotel is in a very good location where transport is at close reach and the grand bazaar is a short walking distance 25 minute walk. The hotel also has a turkish bath, hammam, sauna and a lounge/restaurant next to the hotel, all was wonderful. We will definitely come back here and a huge thank you to all the staff, including Berra, Kaan, Bahadir, Umer, the bell boy, the cleaners, thank you for all. We hope to see you again soon! It was a nice stay thanks to your hotel, it has a very convenient location near a wide variety of public transportation, the room was clean so was the bathroom it has a nice view, and very friendly staff and the reception was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and varied overall we had a positive experience in Mays Royal, and I highly recommend the hotel, Spisal thanks to Mr Erol for his hospitality.

My recent stay at Mays Royal in Istanbul was exceptional! The reception staff was incredibly helpful, providing assistance with warmth and efficiency from check-in to check-out. Their attentive service truly made me feel welcome and valued. The restaurant staff also deserves praise for their excellent service. They were attentive to my needs and provided exceptional dining experiences throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions and transportation hubs. Overall, Mays Royal offers fantastic service from both reception and restaurant staff, combined with a great location and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The room was clean, excellent but som kind small. The view is not amaizing to the near old building. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great but the shower place is a little bit small and narrow but doesn't matter. The bed is big, clean. Mr. Aron Is very kind and professional and deal like a leader not a boss; he put his hand with his staff in the food lounge. Also, Miss Shouroq is great, she can talk four languages fluently, and she helped me in many things quickly. Many Thanks to Mr. Hamza who always provide his assistance and you can find him everywhere. The location is 10/10; it is near the city center where you can find every thing.

From the moment I have stepped in till the day of checking-out I've been treated with lovely smiles and very friendly behavior from all the staff. Exceptional thanks to Mr. Bahadir for his fast and positive response whenever I ask for anything. The hotel is at all time clean, the breakfast was typical Turkish cuisine (simit, sujuk gozleme, all types of cheese, salads, jams soup, tea, coffee machine, … etc.). The location is 4 min away from the metro and tram, buses varies depending where you're going (in front of the hotel, away 4 min, away 7 min), area full of restaurants, markets, and 5 min is the main street where you'll find all types of things you want from reputable businesses. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of the stay and if I will visit Istanbul again, definitely Mays Hotel will be on the top of my list.

Our stay at the Mays Hotel was fantastic! The staff (especially Erol <3) were helpful, kind and recommended the best ways to spend your time in Istambul. Breakfasts were diverse, tasty and regional - a great plus. I had a chance to try hammam ritual and a massage --> a great experience!!! The rooms are cleaned and towels are exchanged every day, the hotel is clean, quiet and the AC works very well. Would stay there again for sure!!!
